Thanks to Santa and his Masonic Elves! Our lodge sponsored breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 3. Pictures of the kids with Santa are on our website.
Proposed revisions to our Lodge By-Laws were passed out in September and reviewed at the November Stated. A vote to approve will be taken at the December Stated.
Members with more than twenty-five years of Masonic tenure will be recognized at a special Veterans Event on Sunday, February 12. Assistance in planning this event is requested.

We started the year with a theme:
New Masons Rich Masons
Prodigal Masons
We raised several Master Masons
We have a balanced budget
We have a plan to recognize nearly thirty 25 and 50 Year members!
And we have done SO MUCH MORE about which you will read in a soon to be published Master's Annual Report.
I suggest a new theme
as we approach 2012

Our monthly meal preparation and serving continues one Wednesday evening per month at the Baptist Church just down the block from the lodge. Thanks to the eight or so brothers who have now been doing this for three months running. A tradition is in the making and those benefiting from the meal are most appreciative!
Grand Master's Award Plans
Special Ladies Poinsettias are being delivered this month to our many Special Ladies.
Veterans Event (see related article)
We need to average fifteen points at the remaining Masters Classes (Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr). Ten points each are earned for the WM and Wardens participation. Each other Franklin Lodge brother earns the lodge five points for each meeting attended.
